How can I check the status of my reservation?

a reservation number exists of 8 digits starting with a 2, e.g.: 26123456
Ticketmaster
a reservation number exists of 7 digits starting with a 4 or a 5, e.g.: 491234 or 501234

Log on to www.teleticketservice.com, navigate to your name at the top right and click on 'My orders'.

If your order has been placed but not yet paid for, it will apear under 'Reservations'.

If your order has been placed and paid for, it will be listed under 'Tickets'. There is a green button 'Download e-ticket' when your tickets are already available. If your tickets are not yet available, it will be clearly stated.
- If you have registered for a waiting list, you will find it under 'Waiting list'.
Ticketmaster
Log on to www.ticketmaster.be, navigate to 'My Accoynt' at the top right and click on 'Upcoming Events'.

If your order has been placed but not yet paid for, in your order there will be mentioned 'Reserved Tickets'.
- If your order has been placed and paid for, 'My Tickets' will be mentioned in your order and you will be able to download your tickets. If your tickets are not yet available, it will be clearly stated.
