Why don't I receive confirmation of my reservation via e-mail?
If you do not receive an order confirmation by e-mail, there are several explanations:
- The e-mail was intercepted by your spam filter.
- You may have made a typing error when entering your e-mail address. Please check your contact details carefully.
- The ticketing system is temporarily overloaded due to the large number of reservations. You will receive your confirmation after a small delay (max. 1 hour).
Please note that no confirmation email is sent for telephone bookings.
