Is there a Box Office on the day of an event?

On the day of an event you can visit the Box Office for further questions or help regarding the event taking place the same day. The Box Office usually opens at the same time that the doors open to the venue and closes at the start time of the event.

Where can I find the box office at the be•at venues?

• The Box Office for our theatres Stadsschouwburg Antwerpen, Capitole Gent & Trixxo Theatre is located at the main entrances.
• The Box Office of Trixxo Arena & Vorst Nationaal is located to the left of the main entrances.
• The Box Office of Lotto Arena & Sportpaleis Antwerpen can be found on this map, marked by 'Box Office'.
