Bought a Fan Experience Package: what can I expect?
For some events, organizers offer a Fan Experience Package — often with extras like merchandise, a meet-and-greet, or a separate entrance, but usually without food, drinks, or parking. That's different from a be•at Premium Experience. You'll find the full package details on the event page; practical instructions (where and when to check in, timings) arrive by email one day in advance.
What's included in a Fan Experience Package?
The contents of a Fan Experience Package are set by the event organizer and vary per show. The list below is an indication of what a package may include — none of these elements are guaranteed:
- Early entry to the venue
- A separate entrance or check-in
- Exclusive merchandise (e.g. a lanyard, tote bag, or poster)
- A commemorative laminate (see below)
- Sometimes a meet-and-greet
- Sometimes a host who greets you at the entrance
These packages typically do not include food & beverages, access to a hospitality lounge, or a parking space. Always check exactly what's included via the description on the event page on our website before purchasing.
What's the difference with a be•at Premium Experience?
A Fan Experience Package isn't the same as a be•at Premium Experience: the former comes from the organizer and focuses on merchandise and artist-related extras, the latter comes from the venue itself and focuses on comfort and hospitality. See the full comparison in "What's the difference between a Fan Experience Package and a be•at Premium Experience?".
What is a commemorative laminate or VIP laminate?
A commemorative laminate (also called a VIP laminate) is a souvenir often included in a Fan Experience Package: typically a plastic card on a lanyard, sometimes printed with the word "VIP".
It's intended as a keepsake and does not grant access to a Premium lounge, catering, or a parking space — unless explicitly stated in the package description you purchased.
When do I receive instructions about my package?
One day before the event, you'll receive an email with all the practical details: where and when to check in, exact timings, and any do's and don'ts (for example, for a meet-and-greet).
