I am on a waiting list. What next?
If you have registered on a waiting list, there is no guarantee that you will be able to get tickets. Sometimes places do become available again. In this case, all you have to do is wait until we contact you by email:
- You will receive an email with a unique link to book your tickets yourself. This unique link is only valid for a limited amount of time.
A Customer Experience Specialist makes an order for you. You will receive a confirmation email followed by a payment invitation. If you want to confirm the tickets, all you have to do is pay on time. Caution! For electronic payments there is a payment deadline.
