I am on a waiting list. What next?

If there is a waiting list, you can sign up to be notified of available seats that become vacant due to production reasons or when a new show is announced.

Please note:

  • When the resale tool is activated, tickets may become available that are not actively offered to the waiting list.
  • A waiting list does not guarantee that you will be able to obtain tickets.

If seats do become available again, all you have to do is wait until we contact you by e-mail:

  • You will receive an e-mail with a unique link to reserve your tickets yourself. This unique link is only valid for a limited time.

    OR

  • A Customer Experience Specialist will make your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail followed by a payment invitation. If you definitely want to get your tickets, all you have to do is pay on time.
