My payment was refused, what next?
If your payment is refused and the payment deadline has expired, we will put the tickets back up for sale. If your payment was refused and you would like to have tickets, then make a new reservation.
If in doubt (because you did not receive a confirmation e-mail for example) you can check the status of your reservation in your account on our website.

Good to know: in order to counter international credit card fraud, we are forced to refuse payments if the country of issue of the card in question is not the same as the country of the IP address from which payment is requested.
