Help! I haven’t received my tickets. What should I do?

Haven’t received your e-tickets and the event is coming up soon?
Follow these steps before contacting us:
1. Log into your account at www.ticketmaster.be
Check under ‘My Orders’ to see if your tickets are already available for download.
2. Can’t find your order?
There could be a few reasons:

You may have used a different email address or old account. Try logging in with previous login details.

Or there may have been a typo in the email address. In that case, please contact our Customer Experience Center.
3. Is the event today or tomorrow?
No worries. You can go to the box office at the venue on the day of the event. Make sure to bring your payment confirmation or booking reference. The box office usually opens 90 minutes before the event starts.
