Booking and enquiring about tickets for visitors with specific needs is possible:

   Requests that reach us via this contact form are treated with priority

   You can reach our Customer Experience Specialists on weekdays from 9am to noon and from 1pm to 5.30pm.
   The lines are exclusively open in the morning (09:00 to 12:00) for visitors with specific needs.

   Please be sure to include the following details:
   • Name & address details
   • The e-mail address to which we may confirm the reservation
   • The name, date and start time of the event about which you have a question
   • The number of tickets (wheelchair users & companions) you wish to order
   • The desired payment method (bancontact, iDeal, Mastercard or Visa)
   • Other requests or comments
