What if an event is rescheduled or cancelled?

As soon as the organiser confirms that an event has been rescheduled or cancelled, we will notify every ticket buyer by email.
Are my tickets still valid?
That depends on the situation:

If the event is rescheduled: The email will clearly state whether your original tickets remain valid for the new date or if you will receive new tickets.

If the event is cancelled: The event is permanently cancelled, and your tickets are no longer valid.
💡 Tip: You can view all your active orders and check your tickets in your Ticketmaster account.
Refunds
A refund may be possible if the organiser decides to cancel or reschedule the event. You’ll receive an email with the necessary instructions:

Often, the email includes a link to a refund request form.

In some cases, a refund will be processed automatically.
