Changing an unpaid reservation is possible at any time. To do so, please contact our Customer Experience Center.
Cancelling an unpaid reservation
You can cancel an unpaid reservation at any time.
- Simply log into your account on our website, go to 'My orders' and click 'Cancel reservation' for the event in question.
- Or if you have received a payment request via e-mail do not make the payment. Your order will be automatically cancelled.

It is not always possible to modify a paid reservation. Please contact our Customer Experience Center.
Cancelling a paid reservation
As stated in our general terms and conditions, we do not take back sold tickets. The right of renunciation does not apply as the service, i.e. the reservation of the tickets, is carried out immediately. Force majeure suffered by the party purchasing the ticket is not accepted as a reason for refunding said ticket.
Did you buy a cancellation insurance with your tickets?
If you bought cancellation insurance, please contact the insurer. Be sure to give them your reservation number. They may ask you to provide proof of cancellation, in which case you can contact us.

Cancelling a paid reservation
Ticketmaster offers the unique concept of Fan Guarantee. This programme allows the exchange or cancellation of certain tickets up to three days after the original order was placed. You can consult all applicable terms and conditions here. After this period, we cannot refund your order.
