Changing an unpaid reservation is possible at any time. To do so, please contact our Customer Experience Center.

Cancelling an unpaid reservation
You can cancel an unpaid reservation at any time.

  • Simply log into your account on our website, go to 'My orders' and click 'Cancel reservation' for the event in question.
  • Or if you have received a payment request via e-mail do not make the payment. Your order will be automatically cancelled.

 

Paid reservations via Ticketmaster

The question whether orders may be modified depends on both availability and the event organizer’s approval. Contact us so we can together evaluate the available options. 

Cancelling a paid reservation
Ticketmaster offers the unique concept of Fan Guarantee. This programme allows the exchange or cancellation of certain tickets up to 24 hours after the original order was placed. You can consult all applicable terms and conditions here. After this period, we cannot refund your order.

Did you buy a cancellation insurance with your tickets?
If you bought cancellation insurance, please contact the insurer.  Be sure to give them your reservation number. They may ask you to provide proof of cancellation, in which case you can contact us.
