What is a delayed delivery?

Delayed delivery means that your (e-)ticket is not delivered immediately. Its main purpose is to prevent black market trade and ticket fraud. In most cases, tickets are sent out at the earliest 4 weeks before the date of the event and at the latest 1 week before the date of the event.
