When will I receive my e-tickets?

Tele Ticket Service
a reservation number exists of 8 digits starting with a 2, e.g.: 26123456
Ticketmaster
a reservation number exists of 7 digits starting with a 4 or a 5, e.g.: 491234 or 501234

E-tickets are not always immediately available. Sometimes they are sent out postponed, at the earliest 4 weeks and at the latest 1 week before the event.

You can download your e-tickets in 2 ways:

By e-mail
As soon as your e-tickets are available for download, you will receive an e-mail. In this e-mail, you can download your tickets using the link provided or by clicking on the icon with the orange arrow.

Via 'My account'
You can also download your tickets using your account. Log in, click on your account and then choose 'My orders'. The green button 'Download e-ticket' shows that your tickets are available for download. If your tickets are not available yet, keep checking back as the event approaches.
Should you receive an error message while downloading available e-tickets, all you need to do is close the website and try again a few hours later. If you still can't get through, please contact us.
Ticketmaster
E-tickets are not always available immediately. They are sometimes sent out on a delayed basis and are only available about 10 days before the event.

You can also download your tickets via your account on www.ticketmaster.be. Log in, click on "My account" and choose "Upcoming events". If your tickets are not yet available, keep a close eye on them as the event approaches.
