When and where will I find my tickets?
Tickets aren't always available immediately — sometimes not until a few days before the event. Can't find them? Follow a few checks first before contacting us.
When will my tickets be available?
Tickets aren't always available immediately. Sometimes — especially for concerts in the large arenas — they only become available in your account a few days before the show. This delayed delivery is mainly meant to combat black market trading and ticket fraud.
We always guarantee timely availability, but unfortunately can't predict an exact date. In most cases, tickets become available in your Ticketmaster account no earlier than 2 weeks and no later than 3 days before the event date.
I can't find my tickets. What now?
Is the event getting closer and you still can't find your tickets? Follow these steps before contacting us:
1. Check your account at ticketmaster.be Log in to your account and check "My Orders" to see if your tickets are already available to download.
2. Can't find your order? This can have several causes:
- You may have ordered using a different email address or an old account. Try logging in again with the email address you used to buy the tickets.
- Check that you've selected the correct country in the Ticketmaster app. Make sure Belgium is set.
- There may be an error in the email address on your order. In that case, get in touch with our Customer Experience Center.
3. Is the event today or tomorrow? No worries. You can visit the box office on the day of the event. Be sure to bring your proof of payment or reservation number. The box office usually opens at the same time as the venue's doors.
