I bought tickets through another channel (reseller) and was refused entry. What can I do now?
You may have bought a forged or falsified ticket, a non-existent ticket, a ticket that was resold several times or a ticket that is part of an official investigation against the ticket provider/seller. In these cases, you should file a complaint.
Websites where you can file a complaint against fraudulent ticket resellers:
If you paid for your tickets with a debit or credit card, you can also submit a complaint via that channel (your bank, ATOS, AMEX...) and demand your money back. If you confront the reseller yourself, they will often demand that you provide proof that you could not enter the venue with the provided tickets.
The be•at Tickets staff can only confirm on the day itself at the box office that you were indeed refused entry. This can help when you claim your money back from the reseller or when you submit a complaint through another channel.
PLEASE NOTE: Many ticket resellers operate from abroad (even if they call themselves, for example, 'ticketsBelgium') and thus slip through the loopholes of the net cast by Belgian legislators.
