How can I claim my cancellation insurance?

If you wish to cancel your tickets shortly before the event due to unforeseen circumstances (bereavement, illness, accident, medical intervention, etc.) and wish to claim on your cancellation insurance, please contact the insurer Allianz or submit your request immediately via the claim form. Your reservation number is also your policy number.
