In that case you are eligible for a refund. When an event is rescheduled or cancelled an e-mail is sent out to all the ticket buyers to inform them of the new date or reason of the cancellation. The e-mail you receive will contain a link to the refund form. In some cases, you will be refunded automatically.

Cancelling a paid reservation
As stated in the terms and conditions of Tele Ticket Service, we do not take back sold tickets. The right of renunciation does not apply as the service, i.e. the reservation of the tickets, is carried out immediately.
Did you purchase a cancellation insurance with your tickets?
If you bought the cancellation insurance, please contact the insurer Allianz. Be sure to give them your reservation number. They may ask you to provide proof that you did not attend the event, which we can provide you with after the event has taken place. You can request this proof by contacting us via this specific form.

Later than 3 days after the original order date, we unfortunately cannot cancel and refund your order.
