Am I eligible for a refund?
My event has been rescheduled or cancelled by the organiser
✅ In that case, you are entitled to a refund.
You will receive an email with all the relevant information, including:
-
the new date (in case of a rescheduling) or the reason for the cancellation;
-
how to request a refund (often via a link in the email).
In some cases, the refund will be processed automatically and you won’t need to do anything.
📅 Has the event been postponed to a date that’s not yet known?
In that case, a refund is usually only possible once the new date is confirmed.
You still retain your right to a refund, we just ask for a bit of patience until the date is confirmed.
⚠️ Important: Make sure to request your refund before the deadline mentioned in the email.
My event is going ahead as planned.
If the event goes ahead as planned, and you decide not to attend, a refund is unfortunately not possible.
By Belgian law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to event tickets.
