Am I eligible for a refund?
If your event has been rescheduled or cancelled by the organiser, you are eligible for a refund, and you will receive an email with details and a refund request link. Make sure to submit your request before the deadline. If the event is still going ahead but you no longer wish to attend, refunds are only possible under specific conditions. Ticketmaster’s Fan Guarantee allows cancellations within 24 hours of payment, provided the event takes place in more than 7 days. Price changes after purchase do not qualify for a refund. If you purchased cancellation insurance, contact the insurance provider to claim a refund. Proof of non-attendance can be requested after the event.
My event was rescheduled or cancelled by the organiser.
✅ If the organiser reschedules or cancels the event, you are eligible for a refund. An email will be sent to all ticket buyers with details about the new date or the reason for cancellation. The email will also contain a link to request a refund. In some cases, refunds are processed automatically.
In the case that the event is postponed to a yet to be determined date, a refund is often only possible once the new date has been announced. In this situation we kindly request you to be patient, you will be eligible for a refund once the new date has been confirmed.
