Attending an event with a large group? Here's what you need to know.
Attending with 11 people or more? Then you book your group through a specific contact form instead of the regular online ticket link. From 20 people onward, you also get extra benefits through be•at Group Sales. Group tickets aren't sent by email — like other tickets, they become available in your Ticketmaster account, usually 2 to 4 weeks before the event.
How do I book tickets for a large group?
This depends on your group size:
- Up to 10 people: order your tickets online, 24/7, through the ticket link on the event page — just like an individual order.
- 11 to 19 people: place your order through the contact form. We'll then seat your group together, choosing the best available spots within the selected price category.
- 20 people or more: place your order through the contact form to discuss your group visit — see below for the extra benefits this includes.
What are the benefits of coming with 20 or more people through be•at Group Sales?
Subject to availability, we offer the following benefits for groups of 20 or more:
- An option on the best available spots at that time. Some shows sell out very quickly — by being the first to take an option for your group, you secure the best available spots. Note: for some events, taking an option isn't possible.
- You only pay for the tickets you actually end up needing. Your option gives you enough time to promote the show among the members of your club or group. When you finalize the option, you only pay for the tickets you've definitively reserved.
- Often attractive group discounts. This benefit varies per show: some offer a group discount from 20 people, others only from 50. Note: some events don't offer a group discount at all.
- Your group is seated together, as long as availability allows.
- A dedicated point of contact who follows up on your booking and provides personalized service for your group.
Do these benefits apply to every event?
No, the benefits vary per event, and aren't available for every event. Get in touch for more information about the options, any group rates, and the conditions that apply to your event.
Where can I find my group reservation tickets?
Group tickets work differently from regular tickets: you will not receive them by email. Instead, just like individual orders, they become available in the Ticketmaster account used to place the group reservation.
You won't be notified when your tickets are ready — check by logging in yourself. Tickets are usually released 2 to 4 weeks before the event. Once available, you can download them as a PDF, the same way as with a regular email order.
Here's how to access your group tickets:
- Log in to your Ticketmaster account.
- Click "My account" in the upper right corner.
- Go to "My Tickets".
- Click "Upcoming Events".
