I would like to order tickets, but I have specific needs. How do I go about this?
Please get in touch and clearly mention that you are a visitor with a disability (e.g. that you are travelling in a wheelchair). This way we can make the right booking for you.
All venues of the Sportpaleis Group are equipped for the reception of disabled visitors. We strive to welcome you as best we can and to let you enjoy a concert, show or sports competition in the best conditions.

Wheelchair users
In the Sportpaleis Group venues there are reserved spaces for wheelchair users and the persons accompanying them. These places, like those of all other price categories, are limited in number. So don’t hesitate to book your place right away!
As a rule - both for Sportpaleis Group venues and for any other locations for which Tele Ticket Service handles ticket sales - there will be room for one accompanying person per wheelchair user. The Sportpaleis however is an exception on this: here you can bring a maximum of two escorts. Tele Ticket Service will be happy to check whether exceptions are possible to place families together, for example, but unfortunately (and certainly for larger groups) this is not always possible.
For safety reasons it is not possible to provide places for wheelchair users on the central square.
Sportpaleis and Forest National both have a special entrance for visitors with a disability. Sportpaleis visitors enter the venue via entrance 6, which is located on the Vaart parking side. The Forest National entrance for wheelchair users is located on the left side of the main entrance. The volunteers will guide you from there to your place in the hall.
Visitors with other disabilities
Even those who do not use a wheelchair can have specific needs. So when requesting tickets, always indicate exactly what your needs are, so that we can provide you with the best possible service.
Hearing impaired visitors
If there is a need for a deaf interpreter, you must take care of this yourself, unless an organizing party would be responsible for this and made prior arrangements with Tele Ticket Service, the actual organizer or the hall managers (for example, by having seats recorded and a temporary ring loop provided).
Stadsschouwburg Antwerpen however disposes of a permanent ring loop for the hearing impaired. These are seats on the ground floor from row 7 up to and including row 24, including side blocks. The frequency is set to 'T'.
Visually impaired visitors
It is our aim to welcome you in the best possible way so that you can enjoy a concert, show or theatre performance. Do you need specific guidance or do you have a question about the accessibility of one of our venues? Please get in touch.
All venues of the Sportpaleis Group are also accessible for visitors accompanied by a guide dog. Please call our Customer Experience Center, so you can order the most suitable seats in consultation.
